FOR 4 TO 5
INGREDIENTS
1.250l milk
2.150g Suzi
3.100g sugar
4. 4 tablespoon desi ghee
5. Kaju, Pista, Choti Ilayachi
METHOD
First, soak the semolina in milk for half an hour. After half an hour put the pan on the gas. Put four tbs of deshi ghee in the pan heat when the ghee is hot, pour the sugar in it till it melts. Then add the semolina in it. Start stirring it till the ghee started coming out.
SERVING
Then put the halwa in a beautiful bowl. Start garnishing pista, kaju on it. Serve hot.
