TODAY WE WILL MAKE RICE KHEER FOR 4 TO 5
                                                                  INGREDIENTS -
1.1 kg milk full cream
 2.150-gram rice
3.100-gram sugar
4.Choti ilaychi
5. 7 Kaju
 6.7 Pista
7.4 Badam
 8.10 Chirongi
METHOD
First of all, make the milk thick by heating for some time.When the milk becomes half turn off the gas.Now put water in rice and cook it in another pan, cook the rice a lot.Now add milk to the rice and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.Then add sugar and cook for 5 minutes.Then add cardamom powder and dry fruits.
