Serve-25 pieces
INGREDIENTS-
1. 2 cup flour
2. 1/2 suji
3. 3/4 sugar
4. salt according to taste
5. 1/2 almonds ground
6. 1 cup ghee
METHOD-
1.Take flour, semolina, almonds, and salt in a bowl.
2.Mix ghee and sugar in another bowl.
3.Mix the flour mixture with the sugar mixture and mix it well.If you feel dry mix it with lukewarm milk.Now keep for 5 to 10 minutes.
4.Make small balls and make a cross sign over it for design.
5.Keep these balls on a baking tray and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 160-degree centigrade.
6.Take out the tray and keep it for 20 to 25 minutes to cool down to make it crispy.
NOW, serve it
