WHIPPING CREAM FOR ICING

SO THIS IS THE ICING RECIPE.
INGREDIENTS-

  • 250 ml cream
  • vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder

METHOD-

  • Put the cream in the freezer for 3 hours.
  • Now take one big and one small bowl and keep this also freeze for 1/2 hours.
  • Take out both bowls from the freeze.
  • In the big bowl put 12 pieces of ice cubes.Now put the small bowl upon the big bowl.
  • Now put the freezer cream in the small bowl.
  • Now mix the cream with the electric hand blender in one direction.
  • First, keep the speed very low and then slowly fast the speed.
  • Now mix the sugar and vanilla essence with it and beat it again and then the cream is ready.
  • NOW you can do the icing.
