SO THIS IS THE ICING RECIPE.

- 250 ml cream
- vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp sugar powder
METHOD-
- Put the cream in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Now take one big and one small bowl and keep this also freeze for 1/2 hours.
- Take out both bowls from the freeze.
- In the big bowl put 12 pieces of ice cubes.Now put the small bowl upon the big bowl.
- Now put the freezer cream in the small bowl.
- Now mix the cream with the electric hand blender in one direction.
- First, keep the speed very low and then slowly fast the speed.
- Now mix the sugar and vanilla essence with it and beat it again and then the cream is ready.
- NOW you can do the icing.
