INGREDIENTS-
- 1 CUP MOONG DAAL SOAKED IN WATER FOR 2 HOURS.
- 200 GM SPINACH CHOPPED
- 2 GREEN CHILLI
- 1/2 INCH GINGER
- 1/2 CUP CURD
- SALT
- ENO
- Grind the daal, green chili, ginger together and make a paste.
- Take a bowl and put the paste in it.
- Add salt and spinach with water.
- At last, add ENO and mash it.
- Take a non-stick pan and grease it with oil and then spread the paste on it and spread oil to all its 4 sides.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
