HEALTHY BREAKFAST SPINACH CHEELA

Today we will make spinach cheela. This is a very healthy breakfast.SO LETS START.

INGREDIENTS-

  • 1 CUP MOONG DAAL SOAKED IN WATER FOR 2 HOURS.
  • 200 GM SPINACH CHOPPED
  • 2 GREEN CHILLI
  • 1/2 INCH GINGER
  • 1/2 CUP CURD
  • SALT
  • ENO 
METHOD-

  • Grind the daal, green chili, ginger together and make a paste.
  • Take a bowl and put the paste in it.
  • Add salt and spinach with water.
  • At last, add ENO and mash it.
  • Take a non-stick pan and grease it with oil and then spread the paste on it and spread oil to all its 4 sides.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
YOUR CHEELA IS READY.
