INGREDIENTS-
Clean and wash the rice. Soak in warm water for about 10 minutes.Drain and keep it aside.Cook the rice in the pressure cooker until it gets 2 whistles and it for cool down.Now heat a kadai on the gas.Add oil to it when the kadai is heated.We will put cloves, cinnamon, cardamoms and bay leaf in oil and fry it until it turns red.Add curry leaves, salt,garam masala powder and green chili and fry it.Then add cooked rice in it fry it well.YOUR RICE IS READY!!!!

- 10 gm CURRY LEAVES
- 2 CLOVES
- 1/2 pc CINNAMON
- 1 BAY LEAF
- 1 tbsp GARAM MASALA POWDER
- 1 tsp CUMING POWDER
- 2 tbsp OIL
- Salt according to taste
