INGREDIENTS-
- 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/2 CUP SEMOLINA
- 1/2 CUP CURD
- 1/2 TBS CHILLI PASTE
- 1 TBS OIL
- 1/2 TBS TURMERIC POWDER
- 1/2 TBS GINGER PASTE
- SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
- 1 TBS VINEGAR
- 1/2 TBS SUGAR
- 1/2 TBS MUSTARD SEEDS
- 15 CURRY LEAVES
- 1 ENO
- 4 green chili
- In a bowl mash the bread crumbs, semolina, curd, chili paste, turmeric powder, ginger paste, salt, add water to make the batter.
- Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Now add 1 TBS ENO and mash it.
- Transfer the batter to oil greased vessel and cook it in a steamer for 15 minutes.
- Now keep it to cool for 5 minutes.
- Now put a pan on a gas and pour the oil to heat and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly and 4 tbs water.
- At last, add sugar, vinegar, and 1 pinch salt and spread it on dhokla.
