BREAD DHOKLA

Today we make bread dhokla. SO LETS START.
PREPARATION TIME- 30 MINUTE
COOKING TIME-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS-

  • 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/2 CUP SEMOLINA
  •   1/2 CUP CURD
  • 1/2 TBS CHILLI PASTE
  • 1 TBS OIL
  •  1/2 TBS TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1/2 TBS GINGER PASTE
  • SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
  • 1 TBS VINEGAR
  • 1/2 TBS SUGAR
  • 1/2 TBS MUSTARD SEEDS
  • 15 CURRY LEAVES
  • 1 ENO
  • 4 green chili
METHOD-

  • In a bowl mash the bread crumbs, semolina, curd, chili paste, turmeric powder, ginger paste, salt, add water to make the batter.
  • Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Now add 1 TBS ENO and mash it.
  • Transfer the batter to oil greased vessel and cook it in a steamer for 15 minutes.
  • Now keep it to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Now put a pan on a gas and pour the oil to heat and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly and 4 tbs water.
  • At last, add sugar, vinegar, and 1 pinch salt and spread it on dhokla.
YOUR DHOKLA IS READY.
