Today we will make Aloo Gobhi Sabji. FOR 3 TO 4
Ingredients

1.Medium cauliflower
2.2 medium size potatoes
3.1/4tbs turmeric powder
4.1 medium size onion
5.5 pieces of garlic
6.1 small piece of garlic
7.1/2 Kashmiri Lal mirch
8.1 green chili
9.1/2 salt
10.medium size tomato

METHOD
First of all , we will cut small pieces of cauliflower and potato.Then clean it with water.Now heat the kadai on the gas.Add oil to it when the kadai is heated.When the oil becomes hot, we will put cumin seeds.Fry the potato and cabbage untill it turns red.Remove the fried potato and cabbage.Then again put the oil in the kadai .When the oil is heated, add finely chopped onion, fry the onions until it turns red.Then add ginger garlic paste in it, fry it well.Add turmeric, Kashmiri Mirch, green chili, coriander powder, salt and fry it well.Fry the fried potato and cauliflower with masala that we had just made.At last, add a cup of water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.Then add garam masala and finely chopped tomato and cook it for 1 minute.Then your sabji is ready.
SERVING
Serve it in a bowl or anything you want.Garnish it with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
